- By which policy coal Mines allotted to different companies?
- What was the criteria of companies to allot coal Mines?
- how many Coal mines are allotted to private companies sector and how many to government companies /PSUs?
- What was the renewal period of coal mines allotted?
- For how many years coal mines were allotted?
- How many coal mines are allotted only for electricity/power generation?
- How much is total government revenue from these allotted coal mines?
- What was the reason to not auction if all Coal mines are not used for Electricity Generation?
- Is any company coal mine lease was cancelled from 2004 ? and why?
Good, It will begin our fight against corruption.
As directed by CVC, CBI hv already started investigation against 4 fraud companies which don’t exist.

Some more interesting RTIs needed to be filed about these mining scams. Iron ore scams in Orissa are estimated as THIRTY LAKH CRORES. !!
More RTIs needed to be filed to find out much more about these mining companies. I looked at one which claimed a foreign expert and payments to the expert. I tried google and everything else to find out much more about this world-famous expert, but could not find anything ? So if he is world famous, why he cannot be found ?
RTIs should ask about the :
1. Mining capabailities of these companies.?
2. Whether any huge deposit has been taken from these companies to restore the land to it pre-mining condition, when mining is done. If deposit was not taken, then why it was not taken ?
3. Before allocation and permits were given, did the Ministries ask the companies to deposit the entire amount for the rehab of the tribals, whose land is being grabbed. If Ministries did not make such conditions, why not ?
4. Shipping Ministry to provide RTI ANON with
1. a complete list of all ships that have visited Paradip, Goa, Mangalore ports.
2. Names of owners of the ships and destinations.
3. How many ships entered Indian waters for transport of Iron ore and coal ?
4. Copies of the export-permits given to the mining companies ?
5. Copies of the export permits included in the documentation provided to Indian Customs for loading the ships and for permission to depart from Indian waters.
6. How many ships and their names left Indian ports without giving documentation ?
Actually, we call upon youth who are fighting corruption to visit the ports nearest them and take photos of the ships being loaded with Iron ore and coal.
India is being looted to feed the Chinese people ? Our people, our tribals, are being killed and imprisoned to feed the Chinese People. All Indians should be ashamed of themselves to allow this mining scam to go on for ONE MORE DAY.
