Subject: Details regarding Borwell used to supply water to residents of Srinidhi Layout
Information Required:
i) The details of the borewells drilled to supply the water to Srinidhi layout, Ward No. 196 may be furnished with expenditure incurred thereon including electricity charges
ii) Why the residents of only 10th Cross of Srinidhi layout are only getting water supply through these borewells while even others are having severe water crisis
iii) Any order to this extent by any authority.
iv) Why no action has been taken to provide water supply to 11th Cross-15th Cross of the layout
There is a requirement of anonymity as the people of 10th cross are involved in active politics & are also members of Srinidhi Layout Welfare Association

1. Balanced Sheet of the total expenditure of the above said Bore well.
2. Running expenditure of the above said Bore well including electricity charges.
3. List of Connections/Beneficiaries of the above said Bore well.
4. A copy of the sanction order of the above said Bore well.

I have earlier sent the letter as per earlier draft. I have received the reply which is asking for the year. “With reference to the above subject, I write to report that the information sought by our pertains to which year is not forth coming in your application. Hence you are requested to intimate the year to enable this office to take action on the matter.” Please let me know how do you want me to proceed.
There’s only one tubewell that was drilled to supply water to our layout..”It was in the year 2010 or 2011″ I’m not sure as i came to know about this very recently. Can you please file a RTI asking them to provide information for both the years??
Do you mean it should be financial year i.e. April 2010 to Mar 2011 or Calendar Years 2010 and 2011. Never mind the costs. Donate whatever you wish.
