Ex MLA (a Congress Leader) & Goon has built a temporary shade in the Park and has dumped the building construction material in the park. There is absolutely no space for kids to play in this locality.

The shade is in existence since last 15-20 years and despite many confidential letters, No action has been taken by the Municipal Corporation.
I would like to know if Municipal Corporation of Patna has made Sanjeev Kumar Toni land owner of the park? If not why it is not being vacated.
His goons keeps the entire park in their custody & his 10-12 vehicles are parked in the park.
It is unjust to snatch the beautiful playing time from the kids & I feel it is really necessary for their over all development.
Please provide the necessary information & do the needful at the earliest. I will be extremely obliged on the behalf of the kids in our locality.

Municipal Corporation should not ask if a park should be made here by asking us to sign the letter by all the residents.
No one will sign the letter as they all are extremely scared of the goons. In face why should Municipal Corporation assk us to sign an application that residents want a park. If the space has been designated to build a park long back – They should just go ahead & build the park rather than delaying it by giving lame excuses, One after another,
do you have a copy of any complaint filed in that relation. If yes then RTI can be filed asking action taken on that complaint. if no then filed complaint with the Municipality followed by RTI.
