Delay in construction of new hostels at IT-BHU

the 3 new hostels proposed 2 years ago construction was till going on. only one hostel was partially completed. the other 2 were at basements. the director a year ago gave the paper statement about the delay in the construction.

RTI filing:

1) Describe the reason for delay in the construction of new hostels and necessary steps taken.

2) What is the budget of constructing the hostels with Balance sheet

3) Balance sheet of all hostels for last 2 years separately

    1) What was the tentative date of completetion of work for 3 new hostels in the beginning of construction.

    2) How many days of extension was given and on what grounds?

    3) What is the new date of completion?
    4) How much work has been completed.

    5) What is the budget of constructing the hostels.

    6) Balance sheet of all hostels for last 2 years separately
