SUB:-APPLICATION UNDER RTI ACT2005 FOR SEEKING OF INFORMATION

Sir, kindly provide me information on these points:-

  1. Ís it mandatory to take an option of an employee by the department or his/her ministry at the time of the change of his/her department ?Kindly provide information about any department/ministry post year 2000 who has not followed this rule?
  2. What is Executive cadre in Government of India define?In what services this Execuitve cadre is at present,kindly provide the name of the department/ministry?
  3. Is it true that that prior to the implementation of the recommendation of the Vth Central pay commission in 1996 that there were two cadres namely the junior execuitve cadre and the senior execuitve cadre,which were merged  into one  cadre after the implementation after the implementation of the Vth Central pay commission in 1996 which is/was therefatre knowen as the Execuitve cadre ?Was this execuitve cadre a directly appointed/recruited gazetted in nature?Was it , a uniformed civilian one or a non unifromed civilian cadre in nature?Give the base post payscale of the Jr Execuitve cadre before the implementation of the Vth Central pay commission in 1996  and after the implementation of the Vth Central pay commission in 1996?What is the  base post grade pay/payscale of the direct entry civilian post after the implementation of the VIth Central pay commission in 2006?
  4. Is there has been any incident in administrative history of government of india post year 1990, where a direct appointment was done to a post which was a base level gazetted  feeder cadre post which was group B gazetted in nature and also to the next post which was  the next promotional post to the base level gazetted feeder cadre post and was a partly deputational post?Can there be  a direct appointment to a post which is/was a deputational post and also to  a post which was group B  gazetted post in nature & also to  a post which was group B non gazetted post in nature in one herirachy/cadre?What steps were taken by the D.O.P&T at that point of time provide the copy of the note sheets and the order issued to nullify such anomolous appointment(s)?is D.O.P&T is planning any steps to compensate the employee who got appointed  /joined after 1991 whose seniorty got compromised by such appoinmens(s),if not tell the reasons and if yes provide the justifications?
  5. Is there any incident of an employee/post  after 1986 drawing a salary of Group A that is 8000-13500 , without any gaztte notification in Group A services ,this post which was actually a group B post , before  the  implementation  of the recommendation  of the Vth Central pay commission and  which has now been given an analogus pay scale in pay band -03 without having a gazette notification or published RRs?Provide the copy of the the earlier RRs/Gazttte notification and the amended ones and the justifications of their elevation from Group B gazetted to Group A,kindly provide the name of the post and the department ?
