Assam Bikash Yojana Mamoni Fund Utilization by District Dhubri(ASSAM)

As per Govt. of Assam, every girl child ( if its 1st and 2nd Child) will get Rs.5000.00 FD by the Assam Govt. from their ASSAM BIKASH YOJANA MAJONI . But i seen that after the birth of the 1st/2nd girl child ( after completing all necessary documentary works) they still not received the FD from the District Dhubri after one to two years. So I wanted to know how many MAJONI beneficiary they have from this sceam start and how many of them they issued the FD. CHC,PHC,MPHC, SD wise.
