college did not provide degree even after 3 years of passing

i have passed out from nehru homeopathic medical college in 2009.it is affiliated to delhi university.our batch has not received the passing degree even after 3 years of passing from the college.

whenever we ask the authorities,they tell us that they do not know about it…if we ask the delhi university,they refer us back to our college.

i want to file the RTI seeking the information regarding my degree and the reasons for the delay.

    1) Kindly provide the reasons for which degree has not been awarded for 2009 batch
    2) As per rules and regulation or manual followed by college, what is the time duration within which degree should be given.
    3)Kindly provide details about procedure followed by college for degree approval and distribution and at what step is the procedure currently?
    4) Name, designation and duties of the officers involved in the complete process of degree approval to distribution once students pass out of the college.

    name of college: Nehru homeopathic medical college,new delhi.
    i tried to ask them the reason of delay and they told me no one knows anything.
    our college has not given any degrees after 2006.
    2)according to delhi university guidelines,the college should provide the degree within 2years of passing out.
    3) i do not know the procedure as even after asking for several times the admin tells us they don’t know anything.
    4)the officers involved in completing the process are the following:

    Ask this in RTI, they have can give replies in the manner they have given you orally. They will write some reasons, real reasons.
