Request for information under RTI,2005 on IRS Recruitment Rules

Kindly provide the following information under RTI Act, 2005:
1. A copy of the latest IRS Recruitment Rules as they stand today.
2. A Copy of the gazette notification of all the amendments made to IRS Recruitment Rules 1988 since its formulation which has led to its present form (as mentioned in Ques 1)
3. A copy of the minutes/file notings/order sheet notings/deliberations which have been held to amend the IRS Recruitment Rules 1988 for implementing the recommendations of the 6th Pay Commission. (Please give minutes meeting wise).
4. A copy of the laid down procedure to be followed to amend the IRS Recruitment Rules.
5. A copy of orders passed to enforce amendments made to IRS recruitment Rules 1988.
