Passport not received till date

Sub:- Non-receipt of passport
With reference to above application for passport applied on 08-12-2011, this is to bring to your notice that I haven’t received the passport even now. Though it says that the passport is received normally within 45-60 days, it has been almost 5 months since application. The online status of application shows it will be delivered within a week’s time but this status is showing since March 2012 and it isn’t delivered yet.
Hence, I request you to kindly look into the matter and expedite the process so that I could get my due passport.
