scam in mess fee of said polytechnic

the said institute collected rs. twelve thousand per student
from around 180 students in july august 2011.
the amount should be deposited in dena bank mess account
but the holders of the mess joint account shraddha
saxena and deepchand took cash and floated it in market
for personal gains on high interest rate.
not only this cheques were issued arbitrarily even to some
notorious students and the staff of the polytechnic.
please send rti demanding bank statement of the
said account and documents of mess fee deposition
by students and any other point u deem fit
