legal or illegal tobacco shops and kiosks arround railway stations jurisdiction dispute regarding jurisdiction being municipal or railway
1.Exact map of municipal and railway premises.(provide attested documents proving this.)
2.Names and details of the owners of Authorised shops that sell tobacco products.(bidi,cigrattes,gutkhas,paan masala etc.) documents to prove they have been authorised .
3.Names and details of the owners of UnAuthorised shops or stalls or bakdas or tapris or kiosks that sell tobacco products.
4.How many times have joint operations been done by the Municipal authorities and the Railways to remove illegal shops ,or stalls or bakdas or tapris or kiosks that sell tobacco products.
5.How many times have joint operations been done by the Municipal authorities and the Railways to remove any kind of illegal shops. Attested Documents proving the same.
6.The Name and Designation of the officers from the Municipality and the Railways responsible for controlling encroachment and temporary or permanent hawkers at the railway premises and the municipal border of the Railway premises.(Jurisdiction)
7.Cell phone number of the officers responsible.
8.Email address of the said officers or seniors.(where I can send recordings and photos of the past few years proving not only that these kiosks exist but also that they run till late night and they employ small children from the age group of 8 to 18 years of age. They also sell tobacco products to children of all age!)
8.What method has been adopted by the government to stop such hawkers and encroachment .Documents to show what actions have been taken in the past 2 yrs till date.
9.copy of act or laws GRs prohibiting the sale of tobacco products to minors, or by minors.

9)The East rickshaw stand office runs a bidi cigrattes and gutkha shop which is just next to the Police Chowkie East at shivaji chowk.This shop is open late till night (I have videos and pics to prove this) what is the fine or punishment if they run the illegal kiosk late till night .
10. i)what is the fine or punishment or legal action if in the night children are found to be selling tobacco products at these kiosks copies of documents to prove the same .
ii) Documents proving action taken on the vendors for selling tobacco products at auto stand and at night , till date.please provide attested copies.
11)How many illegal and how many legal tobacco shops function within half a kilometer radius of Ambernath railway station and documents proving they are legal or illegal.
This can be put for all railway stations and municipalities till question 9,for example Kalyan ,Badlapur,Ulhasnagar,Dombivili, Thane Dadar is where the problem is persistant.

UPload separate RTIs to make volunteers work easy.
We do not think that filing this RTI Application will cause victimization of the applicant. We are currently overburdened with other applications of the sort which might cause harassment of the applicant.
RTI Anonymous is not an organisation which pays for some one’s RTI we only file RTI for people who could be victimized. So, we request you to file it yourself.
I want somebody to improve this rti then its just matter of copy and paste , one just needs to copy paste from question 1 to 10 and post separately for say…Kalyan ,a separate one for Dombivli …. like that.
