RTI – Information from IDBI Bank – Transfer of Employees
Dear Sir,
I would like to avail the following information vide RTI from IDBI Bank.
1) Does IDBI Bank have any Employee transfer policy?
2) Does IDBI Bank allow request transfers from Employees?
3) How many Employee request transfers were were accepted and rejected by the Bank? Breakup required for FY 2011 and FY 2012.
4) How does the Bank treat transfer requests on medical grounds?
5) As per last transfers, please provide the following breakup:
a) Designation wise no of people transferred.
b) No of people eligible for transfer benefits
c) No of people not eligible for transfer benefits under the following breakup:
i) Same place postings
ii) Request transfers
iii) Other reasons
