Hyderabad, Miyapur Builder is not giving money back

Hello Sir/Madem,

How are you doing? I was wondering that I could get some help on the issue on Miyapur, Hyderabad Sky City builder cheating.Builder name is Sky City.

We paid 13.5 lakhs in 2007 and possession date was given end of 2009.  But till today there is no constructions, no possession and no money back.

We want our money back. I took bank loan and paying interest since then.
There are nearly 15 members like me.

Is there anything we can get some help from you?

    you can file case with district consumer forum.
    since there aare 15 members you can form a group (unregistered) for the purpose of filing case. You all have strong chances of winning.
    No lawyer needed, you can fight yourself. 15 members is quite a big number. you will get your money back along with interst rate as well as additional cost for harrassment

      I was trying to buy a flat and invest in Skycity based on their offerings. Could anyone update me on delay and other potential issues if any? Your response is highly appreciated.
