I want to know the criteria evolved to check the prevention dumping of harmful waste technologies which are not acceptable by the respective Governments in the country of origin.

    We do not think that filing this RTI Application will cause victimization of the applicant. We are facing a severe crunch of volunteers and are currently overburdened with other applications of the sort which might cause harassment of the applicant. As it is our duty to cater to their cause first, there might be significant delay in filing this RTI. So, we request you to file it yourself.
