high merit of up board due to cheating

up board results are announced and one could notice that it is very high….. i know why it is  BECAUSE 90% OF SCHOOLS CONDUCTING EXAMS HELP STUDENTS IN CHEATING ON EACH AND EVERY QUESTION FOR MONEY….plz file this rti in order to save the future of those brite students who are excelling on their own…

    Dear Sir,

    We can get information through RTI only if the asked information is in record, the information you have asked wouldn’t be on record. Still if you want to file this RTI you can do it yourself.
