admission fraud in MBA disaster management programme in GGSIPU

The RTI documents as received from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has revealed that Shri Rajesh Kumar Singh with Enrolment No.04716308609 of NDMA OF 2009-11 batch and Shri Surjit Singh Guleria of Enrolment No. 551638608 of NDRF of 2008-10 Batch have taken admission in MBA Disaster Management course of GGSIPU . The course has to be sponsored by the Organisation concerned. But the RTI revelation of NDMA of which NDRF too is a part have intimated that they have not sponsored the candidates. This means they have manipulated and fraudulently taken Admission though the admission procedure is to get themselves sponsored for the course.Kindly ask the NDMA AND GGSIPUhow they have taken admission and what action has been taken against them.
