I would like to know that as a member of village, what are the benefits that i can take from the Mukhiya of my village. In other words, what are the legal responsibilities of a mukhiya and how much is he funded from the state govt every year. Kindly tell me the procedure to file the RTI along with the details of PIO and draft an appropriate application for me .
