Allotment of financial budget for the village for its mentainance

sir,

I like to know how much budget is issued for the village ie khaddi.It is a village in madhya pradesh with population of about 15000.There is no electricity,no water resources by the government,people dont have food to eat.in this village 99.5% population is below poverty line.lot children die due to malnutrition

I want to know how much budget is sanctioned by central or state government for this village in last 5 years.How much budget is releases for various developments and how much is used till now for which development.

    Dear Applicant,
    I am astonished…still people are lacking basic amenities.Anyway good initiation taken by you.A RTI to be filed in Planning Commission to know budget allotted to your District.Later another RTI can be filed for a micro plan of the budget for your district to State Govt.

    Dear Friends,please help me to file this RTI,even after a week it is unprocessed RTI.
    one more thing,this village is located in madhya pradesh ,so it seems that RTI have to filed there.
    and also,i dont have the supporting documents of budget allotment ye,please send me if have any of them
