    yes you can by using forms in the website available for download.

    1.dont use acronyms
    2.use simple language
    3.ask bullet points clearly in the sentence form.

    if u have address of the company better add it……all these suggestions made by me for not getting ur application rejected.

    One mistake I did. This RTI had 2 IPO numbers. I forgot to tear acknowledgement for the 50Rs IPO. Is this ok? Sorry! Parag

    I have written both IPO numbers in the RTI application, however I forgot to tear the acknowledgement for the 50Rs IPO……so can’t provide the IPO number. Hope this is ok!

    ISSUE::
    I checked the status of speed post sent. The packet is being returned due to insufficient address. This address was taken from the list of POIs on the website. Please let us know what is the resolution for this. Dear tpabsc, kindly confirm the To address on the envelope is same as on the application.

    The RTI application was returned to me today. The envelope was not even opened! Somebody has scribbled in Marathi (very shabby writing) the following on the envelope I sent:-

    <> Read in Marathi.
    <> Translated in English

    This is a learning…… may be we should not write the NAME of the person. Just mention To the PIO/CPIO/PRO. What do you say? Lets strategize first & then I can resend!

    Reposting my earlier message:-
    The RTI application was returned to me today. The envelope was not even opened! Somebody has scribbled in Marathi (very shabby writing) the following on the envelope I sent:-

    Jadhav Saheb PIO nahit, PRO ahet. Saheb retired zhale ahet mhanun patra BMC Head Office madhe kon sweekarnar nahi. Parat…….Read in Marathi.
    Jadhav Saeb is not PIO, he is PRO. Saheb has retired. So noone can accept this application in BMC office. Returning…… Translated in English

    This is a learning…… may be we should not write the NAME of the person. Just mention To the PIO/CPIO/PRO. What do you say? Lets strategize first & then I can resend!

    I think the address is not a problem, name of the person does not match. Is it ok to just write To PIO/CPIO/ARO instead of mentioning the name?

    I have filled the RTI again addressed to “The PIO”. Did not use a specific name. Also IPO taken in favour of “PIO” (no specific name). Is this ok? Speed Post Consignment No EK488635789IN

    Why dont u file your RTI with Vikhroli Building Proposal Department, the Address is Public Information Officer,
    Dy.Ch.Eng.(Building Proposal Eastern Suburb,

    Problem areas: (1)Information not available in electronic media
    (2) Visit personally to collect the information.
