To

The Information Officer,

O/o Commissioner of Intermediate Education,

Nampally

Hyderabad.

Sir,

It comes to our notice that the librarians at the following government junior colleges have not been attending to their primary duties for a long time, that is to sat, there have not been going to their  colleges and not attending to the needs of the students:

1. Government junior college, Alamuru, East Godavari  Dist

2. Government junior college, Mandapeta East Godavari  Dist

3. Government junior college,Rangampeta, East Godavari  Dist

However, payments have been made regularly.  Furnish the rule that supports their regular payment even though they have been away from the primary duties.

Yours faithfully,

RTI can only be used for getting information that is in record, what we actually need to ask is the attendance record and the salary paid to them in the time period we ask their attendance for, this would automatically create pressure on them to take action, even if no action is taken we would file another RTI citing these records and ask them why no action was taken. This would ensure that they do not evade our questions under the pretext of asking questions based on assumptions.
