detail of examination fees and re-valuation fee
i am pursuing my engineering many time experienced unjust in valuation by university,
in our university (i.e VTU,belgaum) first they are charging us some 600 Rs. as examination fees, which i suppose should include expenses of our question paper, answer sheets, arrangment of exam and PROPER VALUATION of our answer scripts.
so first thing i want to know is
1. detail of exam fee and what does that account for.
further it often happens that students are not satisfied with the evaluation, so their is a provision of applying for revaluation by paying rs. 410 and even after revaluation if you are not satisfied you can go for challenged revaluation by paying Rs. 5000 per subject.
what i have experienced and analyzed is that may be these university people deliberately do wrong checking for making money.
i want information justifying the fee structure for revaluation and challenged revaluation.
so that may be we could find some loop hole and we could oppose this wrong practice.

Sir actualy i am fearing in direct filing rti as stil one year of my engg is left, they may cause some sort of harm in sum unfair way,u knw! As it is about risking career feeling little unsecure in doing it directly.
Actualy i thought of doing it aftr finishng my degree but then i came to know about rti anonymous so posted here, thnkin that they could do it on my part.
