Regarding Transfer and Posting policy in National Informatics Centre

  1. Kindly provide the content of transfer policy if it exist in NIC.
  2. Kindly provide the Total Marks Obtained, Home town  location, Place of posting,Candidates Category(SC,ST,OBC or GEN) and merit order no. of the candidates who joined NIC  in the Recruitment done against Advertisement no. No. 15(3)/2008-Pers  Dated 03/01/2009 for 265 posts of Scientific Officer-‘SB’.
  3. Kindly provide content of  procedure or  order or algorithm or policy that  has been aplied for determing place of posting for candidates got selected against Advertisement no. No. 15(3)/2008-Pers  Dated 03/01/2009 for 265 posts of Scientific Officer-‘SB’.
  4. How long  it is required to stay for an Employee posted in Hard Areas, J&K or North East Region of India in the recruitment done  against Advertisement no. No. 15(3)/2008-Pers  Dated 03/01/2009 for 265 posts of Scientific Officer-‘SB’.
  5. How an Employee posted in Hard Areas, J&K or North East Region of India in the recruitment done  against Advertisement no. No. 15(3)/2008-Pers  Dated 03/01/2009 will get transfer to their home state or home town or any other desire location if no one is willing to come in place of him/her as a replacement.

    It means they does not have transfer policy or they want to hide their transfer policy. Actualy we want to know the procedure for selection of employees for 5% transfer.
