I seek answers to the following queries:
1. There are a number of buses between Alibag and Pune/Satara/Aurangabad etc.
2. After 11 a.m. how many buses departing for Pune leave Alibag at the scheduled time ?
3. Is there any tangible record of the exact time of departure ?
4. Is it a fact or not that most of the buses leaving Alibag depart later than the scheduled time ?
5. Has this fact been brought to the notice of the concerned authorities ?
6. Is it not a fact that due to delay in departure the travelling passengers, many of whom have reserved seats, have suffered incalculable mental agony and disruption of personal and professional life ?
7. If complaints of this nature have been received what is the action initiated to maintain punctuality ?
8. What are the plans to compensate the passengers for the delay ?
We do not think that filing this RTI Application will cause victimization of the applicant. We are facing a severe crunch of volunteers and are currently overburdened with other applications of the sort which might cause harassment of the applicant. As it is our duty to cater to their cause first, there might be significant delay in filing this RTI. So, we request you to file it yourself.

Dear ashdya, Just a suggestion but the bottom line is that a ” specific query can only elicit a specific response.” Your questions are general in nature. Any PIO will escape with giving general response and get away with murder. Do not allow him this luxury. Nail him. Also your queries can only bring about some iota of change in these public sector undertakings.
