Regarding reimbursement college security money ( college of engineering roorkee, roorkee)
Dear Sir,
I am Prabhat Kumar, a alumnus of college of engineering Roorkee, Roorkee and my roll no. was “07060102069″ . I did my bachelor of technology from the department of Electronics and Telecommunication in 2011. It has been approximately more than one year after passing from college of engineering Roorkee but my college security money, which was “Rs.5000″ has not been get reimbursed till now. I contacted college authority many times regarding reimbursement of security money but they always said same thing that i will be done soon. The scenario is that even batch of 2010 did not get security money till now.
So i request you to please take some action regarding above mention issue . So that every student of that college will get benefited.

it is not only for me all student of 2011&2010 batch no get security money refund

Please provide the following information with respect to the refund status of batch 2010 and 2011
1. Please provide the progress made on refund of rs 5000 for 2010 & 2011
batch.
2. How many students of 2010 & 2011 batch were supposed to get refund. how many cases are pending for each batch. Kindly provide numbers separately for each batch.
2. Please give the names and designations of the officials with whom case is lying during this period. Please intimate the periods when it was lying with which officer and what was the action taken by that official during that period.
3. Please give the proof of receipt and dispatch of my application in the office of each of these officials.
4. According to your rules or citizens charter or any other order, in how many days should such a matter be dealt with and resolved. Please provide a copy of these rules.
5. The above officials have not adhered to the time limit mentioned in these rules. Are these officials guilty of violating these rules and hence guilty of misconduct under their conduct rules. Please give a copy of their conduct rule, which they have violated by violating the above mentioned rule.
6. These officials have caused serious mental injury to studnents by making them run around all this while. Are these officials guilty of causing mental harassment to the public?
7. What action can be taken against these officials for violating all the above rules and for causing mental agony to the public? By when this action would be taken?
8. By when will this case will be be resolved now?

i will advise you to file this RTI directly under you name. Also try to convince your 4-5 Friends. Higher the number of applications greater the chances of getting desired result.
