Violation of rules in grades deciding in IIT Roorkee

The professors at IIT Roorkee are acting on their own will in deciding the grades of the students instead of following proper rules in awarding grades and the main problem is nobody is there to keep an eye on them

I want to know the grades deciding formula used in deciding the grades of course HS-201 Economics of  Humanities and Social Sciences department because they have not posted the marks list in time limit(and even not after the time limit)

I wanted the complete list of marks of students having break down of marks in sessional :internal+tutorial+project+mid terms+ quizes

and end term exam.

    Why don’t you read the manual, which was given on the first day ?

    After reading it, write a formal complaint to HOD, HSS Dept.,if you get no result, then to Dean Academics.

    Remember, RTI is not the solution for everything.
