Subject: Application under RTI Act 2005 to seek information regarding the promotions happening in erst while Air India

Sir,

Kindly make available following information/documents under RTIAct 2005 regarding the promotions in Air India ltd (erst while AirIndia)

 

1. Would it be correct to say that there where Dy-Managers Technical(Grade 28) in operations department eligible for time bound promotions to Manager Technical (Grade 30) from April 2011 onwards.
2. If yes how many and their details?
3. Was the above mentioned promotion being approved by the CMD?
4. If yes please provide the copy of the CMD approval for the promotions of Dy.Manager Technical in operations department?
5. Was there any promotions approved and implemented in any other department in erst while Air Indiaafter 1^st August, 2011, please provide details of the same?
6. When was the written test & Interview conducted for the promotion exercise for Dy.Manager Tech in operations department?
7. Was the promotions letters issued to Dy.Manager Technical by the Executive director operations?
8. If Yes, when was it issued?
9. When was the promotion letters and interview panel reports forwarded to Human Resources department from operations department?
10. Was their any delay in sending the delay in sending the promotion letters and interview panel reports to Personal Department from Operations Department, If yes the reason for the same?
11. Would it be correct to say that the promotions Dy.Manager Technical in operations department which is due from 1^st of April, 2011 has not being implemented yet?
