Reason for Delay in publishing LLB results

Every semester results (LLB course) are published after 5 to 6 months, precisely after writing successive semester (i.e 4th semester results are published after the 5th semester exam).
Now we have writted 5th Sem LLB 3 years Course in Feb 2012. Till date results are not published. 6th Sem exams starts on 12th July.
Is there are any reason for this delay in publishing results ?
Please try and contact the university about this first, you won’t find much corruption in such cases so RTI is not the foremost solution for this. As it is, filing an RTI won’t do much as they have the option to reply to this RTI only after a month.
