1. Which are the stations in Maharashtra circle designated as Tenure places and since when are they designated as such?
2. What are the terms and conditions applicable for such tenure stations?
3. During the last 10 years how many transfers have been carried out to the tenure stations and what criterion has been applied to the transferees? How many orders have been issued/modified/altered/cancelled due to various reasons and the steps taken to implement the order of the transferring authority?
4. During the same period, how many of the transferees who have completed their tenures have been relieved after completion of such tenure and after what duration of time?
5. The reasons for the delay in relieving the officers from the tenure stations.
6. The periodicity of the transfer orders issued for posting to tenure stations and relieving the officers who have completed their tenures.
7. Has there been a uniform and consistent policy to implement the transfer orders for tenure stations?
8. How many officers at the tenure stations have reported sick during the tenure and after the tenure?
9. What is the extent of the medical claims submitted by the transferred officials during the tenure and after the tenure?
10.Is there any policy to review the status of the officials at tenure stations from the welfare point of view and due to medical problems listed above.
11. If yes, what action has been taken in this regard from time to time ?
12. Minutes of the meeting where one or many of the above points have been discussed by the officers among themselves or with the office bearers of various associations may be provided.
13. What are the norms and processes of such inter-SSA transfers in other Telecom Circles of India and whether they have been analyzed and followed ?
