Smt.Lachhmi Debi w/o Late N.S.Singh and her son Mr.Upendra Bahadur Singh S/O Late N.S.Singh Village-Gaurihar Post Mauiya (Baburi) Distt- Chandauli(UP) have taken different loans going out of the way and out of the limit  from U.B.I. Branch- Chakia,Distt-Chandauli(UP)with conspiracy of previos branch manager Mr. Sadhu Charan  Mllik. Both above  persons have made loss to the branch. Current Branch Manager has  also not taken action in that matter.

RTI Points are-

1) Amount and  type of loans, which are passed in the name of Smt. Lachhmi Debi and her son Mr. Upendra Bahadur Singh and their family members.

2)Whether,  loans passed to above persons was fulfilling all permissible rules and criteria.If there was any voilation of rule then what action was taken agaist above and related Branch Manager?

3) Loan passed to above  are recovered by bank timly or not ? What actions were taken for none timely payment of loans?

    Sorry sir, this would come under breach of privacy of an individual and you wouldn’t get a reply from the PIO because of this reason.
