Subject:- Information Desired Under Right to Information Act.
Dear Sir,
Please provide me the following information with regards to the Public Grievances Portal(http://pgportal.gov.in) asked under the Right to Information Act.

1)Give me the total number of complaints lodged on this portal in 2011.Also tell me how many of those grievances have been resolved.How many of those grievances are still unresolved.
2)In relation to the feedback given by people after their grievance has been sorted out, what are the number of one stars, two stars, three stars, four stars and five star responses that this site has witnessed.
3)For those grievances which have been resolved, please tell me in how many grievances no action has been taken.
4)For the grievances which have been resolved what is the maximum number of days required to resolve the grievance.
5)Give me the dates on which each of the unresolved grievances was filed on the Public Grievances Portal.

    2) Among grievances filed in 2011, with respect to the feedback given by people after their grievance has been sorted out, what are the number of one star, two star, three star, four star and five star responses that this site has witnessed?
    3) Among grievances filed in 2011, for those grievances which have been resolved, please tell me in how many grievances no action has been taken.
    4) Among grievances filed in 2011, for the grievances which have been resolved what was the maximum number of days required to resolve a grievance.
    5) Among all grievances filed on the portal, for the grievances which are unresolved for more than an year as on the date of receipt of this application, give me the dates on which each of the unresolved grievances was filed on the Public Grievances Portal.

    Dear param,
    Both matters are different. One matter belongs from PG portal which is resposible for whole india region

    Where as the query I posted in my RTI belongs to sungal pg portal related to only Rajasthan state.

    So how can you say that information which I want to seek is available already through previous filed RTI.

    1. http://sugamrpg.raj.nic.in/ is a link for pg portal of Rajasthan and for center government its different.

    2. Sugam problem claiming that they resolved problem in 15 days whereas pg portal indian government claiming 3 months to resolve problem
