Shri.B.Narayanaswami Public Information Officer (P.I.O) Karnataka Information Commission, 2nd Gate, 3rd Floor, M.S. Building, Bangalore.

1.Does Karnataka Information Commission have an application format to file RTI under Section 2(j)(i) of the Karnataka RTI Act.

2.If yes,kindly provide a copy

3.If no,what is the method and procedure to obtain such a information.

4.Can such an application be filed in English.

5.Can this application format be downloaded from the website of Karnataka Information Commission.
