action taken in case of wrong question paper

sir

i am a student of RTU,Kota.

i gave a exam for 5th sem back exam on 23 december 2011 for the subject

Advsnced Data Structure (ADS)

the paper was totally out of order.

secondly it contained questions that were not at all related to our syllabus prescribed for the subject .

but no bonus marks were awarded for that

due to which many student did not clear the exam.

i want to know that

1. what action was taken in this regard ?

2.who is the person responsible for such errors ?

3. what has the univesity done to avoid such errors in future?

    Sir/Madam,
    No action would be taken by them unless you first file a written complaint and then follow it up with an RTI asking action taken about your written complaint, if you do not get response.
