regarding eligibility

Hello sir my name is prabhat kumar.My B.Tech branch is electronics & Telecommunication .I applied for M.Tech in centrealised counselling taken by NITs .In NIT durgapur there are two branch Telecommunication Engineering – (TL) & Microelectronics & VLSI – (MQ) is eligible for electronics & communication ,computer science,electrical & instrumentation but not applicable for electronics & telecommunication.why sir ?

i call so many times for help but not any give information

please help me sir

    RTI gives information that is in records, and i doubt that the information you seek would be on record.

    I would suggest that you request the information via written information, which has much more chances of getting a reply than a phone call.
