not receiving the govt. of india scholership compleatly, not even penny in buldhana district engg. collage
sir,
I am student of shree sant gajanan maharaj college of engineering, shegaon tq. shegaon dist. buldhana in third year engineering. i am a OBC categary student eligible for govt. of india scholarship. accourding to Shikshan shulka samiti and director of technical education, the OBC students have to pay 50% of total fee of college and the remaining fees is provided by govt. of india scholarships. so i paid half fees for last two year and nothing was remaining fees is shown by the college.
But as third year started the college suddenly told nearly 80 students of OBC category that their scholarship of two years is not received to college by govt. of india. so now the college is demanding the whole fees of OBC candidates which is totally 70,000 per student. the college authority is also not clearifying that why the scholarship is not received to college and why they didnt informed us before. How can a student pay such huge amount even if he is eligible for govt. of india scholarship. also the college is very strict that they are not allowing us admission to the third year before providing such huge amount. then who is responsible for it? i think the college and the social welfare association is responsible. and i want the printed details about scholarship distribution done at our college.
i will also mention that there are more than 80 OBC students who are being frustrated by college. also other engineering colleges in buldhana district have received their OBC scholarships,only our college is claiming that they hav e not received the half fees.
also i want the contact number of nearest RTI officer we can claim the request. sir please help us fast or our 1 year will be wasted.please give a quick response to me so that we commonly solve our problem.

What was the amount released. Is any scholarship amount pending.
Who is the designated official responsible for releasing this amount to Buldhana district engg college.
Date on which this amount was(will be) released.
If amount not released reason for delay and action that will be taken against the official if the delay is not justifiable.
Date on which this amount was received by the college.
Is the collage authorized to recover the amount from the students.
If not,
Action that will be taken against the college authorities for demanding this amount from the students.
Compensation that will be payed to the affected students for the mental and physical hardship faced by them due to this action. and actions taken to ensure that compensation is being payed.
To whom we have to give this application and what if they are not accepting it?
sir i was a student of shri sant gajanan maharaj college of engineering shegaon shegaon and hav passd out in yr2012..i need my marksheet of final year but college refusing me and demanding to pay 60,000 fee because govt is not returning obc scolarship of this college only.i m completely eligible for this obc scolarship and hav paid a fee of 32000 per year..other colleges are providing marksheets…i dont knw about others but i really belongs to economically weak background and cannot pay such high ammount again..besides..instead of suggesting and helping students they warn eithr to pay a fee or to forget a marksheet and provisional certificate evn..it influence a lot sometimes for some families…help a students like me if students r really a future of country..i want real help and soon…
it shows that middle class student dont have a right to see dream of being an engineer..v should study or find out lows and clauses obc scohlarship acts..all concessions hav paid back eccpt obc…i need marksheet and provision urgently
