RTI Requests

Requesting for the following information under the RTI Act.

1. Who is the concerned official for ensuring that untreated sewerage water is not dumped into munekolala Lake
2. List of building’s, houses, etc. which are releasing untreated sewerage in this lake
3. Action taken against the polluters.
4. Action taken to stop pollution.
5. If no action taken for the above two cases
   1. Planned action to stop pollution(with monthly milestones).
   2. Action taken against the concerned officer.
6. ecological impact of pollution.
   1. Number of and types of residential and migratory birds at this lake in the past.
   2. Number of and types of residential and migratory birds at this lake currently.
7. Impact of this pollution on the water being supplied by the borewell operator next to this lake at D-Block AECS Layout.
   1. Is the water supplied still fit for human use. If not action taken.
8. Plan to cleanup the existing pollution (with monthly milestones)
9. Planned capacity of the AECS Layout sewerage treatment plant.
10. Current load on the sewerage treatment plant.
11. If the current load is greater than the planned capacity.
    1. Why was the additional load approved.
    2. Action that will be taken to fix this issue.
    3. Was the additional load approved in line with the existing norms. If not action that will be taken against the approving officer.
