KHB Allotment list

Hello Sir

I would like to get the complete list of beneficiaries ie the allotees list who have been alloted Residential Plots or Residential building by the Karnataka Housing Board who have been alloted in the Karnataka state   from 01-01-1996 to till date and the address of concerned Public Information Officer is as below

    Hello,Seeking information like this without being specific to what we need for analyzing
    the data ultimately towards exposing the corruption, may not serve any purpose. The data now being asked is huge since it relates to the whole of Karnataka State and for 15 years.Pl tell us what do u want us to do? Let us be clear as to what we want to expose from these data. Then only RTI route will be successful.

    The reason for asking all these details on Compact Disc is that most of the people have given a false affidavit stating that they do not have any residential plot in Bangalore.There are Politicians and Powerful people who have misused the basic Purpose for which the KHB was set up for Personal Gains.Recently the Karnataka Lokayukta resigned from his Post for providing a false Affidavit to the Government

      Hi Mr.Mahendra Gowda, I have gone through the allotment rules of Houses/plots by the Karnataka Housing Board and also the application for allotment of houses/plots. There is precondition that the applicant should not own a house/plot at the time of application for allotment while such a condition is there in BDA. Pl recheck and get back to us.

          Hi Anand,there is a typographical error in my comment above made on 29th.Acually the second sentene should be “There is no precondition that….” The word “no” is left out earlier. So in such a case we can do othing even if we get a list of allottes from KHB. I feel personally we may shift this issue to non-rti list.

    I have got a list of beneficiaries in BDA. I wanna cross check with BDA and KHB so that ateast few people who have been waiting for a residential plot can get allotted when the allotment to few people get cancelled as they have filed a wrong affidavit

    Mr.Gowda,there is no requirement of filing an affidavit in the case of KHB while seeking allotment while such a requirement is there in BDA.
