When is UPSC civil services mains pattern changing?

Information Required:
1. When is UPSC mains pattern changing. After numerous committee reports UPSC now created Arun Nigavekar Committee which is expected to suggest the recommendations last month. There is no word about the suggestions yet. When is Arun Nigavekar Committee expected to give its report? Or it already gave the report? If yes, what does it suggest?
2. At what stage the change of mains pattern is now? If arun nigavekar committee submitted its report, is it submitted to the PMO office?
3. How many months/ years before UPSC will let the candidates/Press know that the Mains pattern is going to be changed.
