Sir,

I filed application Under RTI ACT  vide registered letter no arp 15245368 dated 16-06-2012 enclosing Rs.10/- Postal order 8f599761 dated 16-06-12 and requested following information from Punjab Wakf Board

  1. Copies of  action taken  by  Punjab Wakf Board  to  Vacate Mosque Mohalla  Appo Aap  from 1968 to 2012(Present) from illegal Occupant.
  2. Copies of F.I.R  Register against the illegal occupant who demolished  Mosque in 2004.
  3. Copies of  Rent received from the illegal occupant  from 1968

But the same has not been provided  by the concerned department so far. Kindly guide me what shall I do now

    Chandigarh

    I filed first appeal vide registered letter number ARP173917581IN on 21-07-12 and received by Chairman Punjab wakf Board on 23-07-12 but the required information has not been supplied by the concerned department. Pls guide now

      re-file the RTI with all concerned paper..
      and question them ” what to do when the reply received is not concerned to that which are asked for?”
