I would like to file a RTI for knowing the following:

Shri. P. J. Jhala                                              Dy. Commissioner (Special) & Zonal Chief (Athwa Zone)

Muglisara, Main Road, Surat – 395003Surat Municipal Corporation

Gujarat, India.

1.) Has any survey been done for the  north and south bank of the TAPI river for the assessing the CRZ regulations.

2.) How many violators are their for the CRZ violations.

    I would like to suggest you to provide detail information on the issue for which you want to file RTI through anonymous (getup4change) so that we caneasily draft queries. Without detailed instruction we are unable to draft effective RTI .
