Takeover of Vidya Bhawan Girls Sr. Sec. School, New Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi
I would like to be given the following information and documents under the Right to Information Act, 2005:
(i) Whether the Vidya Bhawan Girls Senior Secondary School, New Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi, which is a Government aided School been taken over by the Department of Education; copies of the relevant orders passed in this regard and file notings be provided;
(ii) the name of the Principal, Vice Principal and Administrator of Vidya Bhawan Girls Senior Seconday School, New Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi-110060 at present;
(iii) the names of the Chairman and members of the Managing Committee of the School and when it was last constituted;
(iv) the action taken by the Department of Education, Government of NCT of Delhi on the various orders of the various Courts regarding the management and functioning of the School;
(v) Whether any disciplinary/Vigilance case is pending against the Smt. Archana Tuli, Teacher in the Vidya Bhawan Girls Senior Seconday School; details and action taken in this matter be informed ;
(vi) What is the post that is being held in the hierarchy/management of the school by Shri R.K.Sharma, Retired Head Clerk of the School; if no post is held by Shri Sharma, the reasons for him being present throughout the day in the Girls School;
(vii) the names of the family members of Shri R.K.Sharma namely daughter and daughter-in-law who have got jobs as teachers in the School; copies of their qualifications and B-Ed degrees of these two teachers be provided;
(viii) whether any scrutiny of authenticity of the documents of these two teachers been undertaken by the Department of Education; if so, the results that have come be informed ?
