Regd Khata transfer in case of apartment
Hi,
I have purchased a flat in Bangalore. I want to get done the khata transfer to my name. Builder is not co-operating in getting done this. I want to approach the BBMP for the khata transfer.
Can I alone to get the khata transfer for my flat ? or Should all the residents has to go at one time?. Is there any mandatory count while applying for khata transfer on the no.of property owners approached in case of apartment. Because some people I can alone go and get the khata transfer, but some says that all the property owners has to apply for the same and it cannot be done individually .
But no body knows exactly what is the BBMP rules and guidelines.

As the guidelines relating to khata are available in public domain, hence I am categorizing this RTI Application as “Resolved non-RTIs”.
i have submitted an application for katha with mahadevpura ARO on 13/3/13 the register number is 439 according to the book. no seperate ack is not given only they wrote this number on my hand writtern application. till today i have not recd any info fm this office. hw to proceed further
