Recognition of B. Tech and M. Tech through distance education

Sir,

Please provide me following information:

1. Students enrolled in B.Tech Distance course for 2007-2011 course through Janardan Rai Nagar, Rajasthan Vidyapith University are eligible for valid degree or not?

2. Karnataka State Open University is providing M.Tech through distance education is valid or not?

    Well, friend if you are doing so, please include my university too, i.e. EIILM. I have done BA this year, by giving all the papers of I, II and III year at one go in Dec 11, though the admission dates back to 2008-09 session. I have heard that this university had been given DEC approval for certain period of years.
