Stipend for M.Tech

I want to know the following informations from G. B. pant university of agriculture and technology, pantnagar, udham singh nagar, uttarakhand-263145:

1. Is stipend given to M.tech students(admitted through Gate) monthly or yearly?

2. How much is the stipend(in indian rupee) for M.tech students(admitted through Gate) ?

3. What is the period for which stipend is given to M.tech students(admitted through Gate) ?

4. What was the stipend given to M.tech students(admitted through Gate) in the year 2011-12 ? Was this stipend  monthly or yearly?

    1) As per rules stipend should be given monthly (It happens in IIT), In other colleges time varies.
    2) 8,000 for M.tech
    3) 2years
