I MRS. BALJEET KAUR aged 59 years old my date of birth 13-03-1953, and my husband MR. GURCHARAN SINGH aged 65 years old,his date of birth 21-05-1947,sir, we remain in stressed and always think about our principal maturity amount of FDR not paid by the company,ANKUR DRUGS AND PHARMA LTD, its affecting our health.

PLEASE HELP US WE HAD NOT Received the Maturity Payment OF OUR 6
FDRS OF ANKUR DRUGS AND PHARMA LTD.we had invested in company FDR of
Ankur drugs and pharma ltd. BSECODE- 531683, NSECODE-ANKURDRUGS.
WE INVESTED THEIR COMPANY FDR FOR 1 YEAR, INTEREST RATE WAS 10
PERCENT,THE FDR DETAILS WERE AS FOLLOWS-

3 FDRS GOT MATURED ON 1-11-2011 (1 ST NOVEMBER 2011)

1)FDR NO. 2913 in the name of MRS BALJEET KAUR FOR RS 40000 MATURITY
DATE WAS 1-11-2011.

2)FDR NO. 2911 in the name of MR. GURCHARAN SINGH FOR RS 43000
MATURITY DATE WAS 1-11-2011.

3)FDR NO. 2912in the name of MR AMARJEET SINGH FOR RS 37000,
MATURITY DATE WAS 1-11-2011 .

3 MORE FDRS GOT MATURED ON 23-12-2011 (23RD DECEMBER 2011)

4)FDR NO. 4089 MATURITY DATE WAS 23-12-2011.
5)FDR NO. 4090.MATURITY DATE WAS 23-12-2011 .
6)FDR NO. 4091.MATURITY DATE WAS 23-12-2011 .

We had timely sent above 6 FDRS for redemption to the company .But
we are still waiting for our maturity.payment and interest. WE
CANTACTED AND EMAIL MANY TIMES TO THE COMPANY ANKUR DRUGS LTD. BUT
THEY ARE NOT REPYING TO MY EMAILS.WE had read the financial details
given in the application form carefully before investing, the company
had shown good profit from 2006 till 2009.
WE had personally called to the management of the company, many times but no positive reply has been given by them,

It seems that MR PURNANDU JAIN who is managing director of the company
is also a chartered accountant also, he played with the money of
investors, the company had collected good amount of money by way of
company FDRS after october2010 and invested this money somewhere, THEY
HAD CHEATED THE SMALL INVESTORS AND MUST BE PLANNING TO DEFAULT THE
PAYMENT OF THESE FDRS.

We already complaint to company law board mumbai and registrar of
companies mumbai but still no action has been taken. Our complaint
number and the acknowlegement date by company law board, mumbai is
9-4-2012, SRNZ 01546928.
WE ARE VERY DEPRESSED WITH THE BEHAVIOUR OF MANAGEMENT OF ANKUR DRUGS, IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO US, THEN THESE 3 PEOPLE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR DEATH-
