Chakma Autonomous District Council (CADC) in Mizoram was created in 1972 under 6th Schedule of the Constitution of India. It has autonomy in political, executive and judicial matters.
There is a government in CADC, presently ruled by Congress party. The head of CADC is Chief Executive Member (CEM) Mr Kali Kumar Tongchangya.
He is totally corrupt.
