Kindly provide the information under the RTI act.
- in some of SAIL units, HRA has been sanctioned to influential wife & Husband working in Same department and staying same address. Whether such rule is in CPSO’s or in central Govt?
- SAIL issued a rule for retention of facilities on transfer such as wife working, children education, medical for dependent family members. But many executives who do not fall under this are getting HRA by giving false declaration or taking special permission. Whether such cases has been referred to vigilance department by Personnel department as per CDA rules?
- How many executives have got HRA since 2008 onwards (designation wise).
- Whether SAIL personnel department has been computerized?
