Railways-VIP QUOTA-MP/MLA tickets being sold in Black- Vadodara, Gujarat

The VIP quota railway tickets ,instead of being issued to wait listed passengers are sold in black market at a very high premium,and it is learnt that the funds go to Political party funds (BJP/Congress).

I personally had to buy a ticket worth Rs 1000 in Rs 7000, as the airfare was Rs10000.VIP quota tickets are for sale.That is the height of corruption in our political system

Is there any monitoring system to check how the VIP quota seats are allotted and to whom

    Hello, Your statement that the VIP quota of seats in Railways is being sold appears to be incorrect because there is a scheme for releasing unused VIP quota of seats under emergency conditions after fulfilling certain conditions against such applications. You may look to the Railways website for more information on this.

    I have personally bought a ticket costing Rs1000 in Rs 7000 from an agent and he is ready to book me any ticket whenever required.So there is a loophole somewhere.

    ये कोई सांसद के नहीं करता ये तो रेलवे के वरिष्ट अधिकारी के द्वारा किया जाता है क्योंकि सांसद के लिए सिर्फ कुछ ही कोटा होता है जबकि आप जिस दलाल की बात करते हैं ये कभी भी आपको जितना चाहिए उतना टिकट vip कोटा में करवा के दे सकते हैं। और अगर आप चाहते हो तो मैं आपको साबित भी कर सकता हूँ।
