Question/ Info required: Following account number PF i applied on 20Aug 2011. Till date it is not showing the status in web and not settled the claims by your office. Get the status of my application and why this long delay in process my application.

Why is it not showing status in web?
2) Give the name of the officer processing this application.
3) Give reasons as to why there has been this long delay in processing this application.

Since this application relates to a personal problem, it would make for a much stronger application if it is filed by the person himself. Please use the drafted Application provided above by kamalbanga of the RTI Anonymous Team, enclose Rs. 10 via Postal Order and send it to the given address.
