Sir,

I would like to know the attendance record of Shri Mukesh Kumar S/O Shri Dheeri Singh Yadav who has taken admission in yeas 2004-2005 for evening classes in Master Engineering (M.E.) in Mechanical Branch in the evening classes.

Please let me know the detailed record of the attendance along with the attendance recorded in Examinations.

We would also like to know the character record of Shri Mukesh Kumar S/O Shri Dheeri Singh Yadav and detailed report of any discrepancies in his record.

Please also let us know if Shri Mukesh Kumar S/O Shri Dheeri Singh Yadav had sufficient attendance to attend the examinations. If not, please also let us know why he had allowed to attend the examinations. Please also let us know if Shri Mukesh Kumar S/O Shri Dheeri Singh Yadav had submitted any Medical Certificate or any other certificate or permission to be exempted from attending the classes.

Please also let us know how Shri Mukesh Kumar S/O Shri Dheeri Singh Yadav had paid their fees and let us know if he had been exempted from fees for any reasons.
