1. Details of qualification,technical qualification required for  LDC /storekeeper.
2. Is any of the appointment of  ldc/storekeeper held at  Shillong RO level between 2004 to 2012 december.Name  of  LDC/Storekeeper appointed between 2004 to 2012 december from  shillong Ro level has they work  on  contract at any JNV
3.  details of contract appointment of Ldc /storekeeper 2004 to 2012 december
4. details of Procedure of  appointment of the  LDC and Storekeeper followed  from 2004 to 2012 december

12. if  the interview / appointment was held at principal/School level Provide date of registration at local employee exchange. Is he /she is of that permanent residence or  temporary  residing on that district  more than how many years  mentioned  date  and place  of that district where he/she resides  on that   district where he got appointed
13. If the appointment of LDC/Storekeeper is at school level by Principals  Any family members  working on that particular school during the time of  interview  name of the relatives and post held on that schools.
